Give me some Space!

What an exciting time it is to be an aspiring little astronaut. We are celebrating some fantastic milestones in space travel at the moment, with this weekend marking fifty years since the first man stepped foot on the moon, and next weekend a celebration of the sixty-first birthday of the space agency that made it all happen.

All things space, NASA and intergalactic are sure to pique the interest of almost any child, and using these stimuli as an opportunity to do some S.T.E.M (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) learning is a stimulating idea for developing minds.

Fifty years ago Neil Armstrong was the first man to step on the moon, and this is still such an exciting thing to be able to talk to our children about. Toys are such a wonderful way to inspire conversations about topics like this, be that through a great puzzle, or even a classic Buzz Lightyear, these discussions are key to a child’s development.
